Wireless USB from EZ-Air Wireless provides a range of 30 feet within the same room. For business applications, multiple sessions can be run in adjacent rooms without interference, with distribution restricted to the room. Two modes are supported; mirror mode which duplicates the laptop screen, and extended, which allows you to browse separately on the laptop while the movie streams to the flatscreen.

Bluetooth enabled Activity Manager

If you are interested in healthy living and keeping track of your habits this is for you!

The BODYMEDIA Activity Manager captures your statistics in real-time as well as your sleeping habits.

I have used several different sports devices to track my progress for running, biking, skiing, etc but I have never had a device that captured my sleep.  According to my doctor, I need to sleep more and this may be exactly what I need.

You can publish your results on the internet for easy access and overview as well as using their iPhone/Android apps to log food intake and other essential habits.

I had a ton of fun talking to Nic “the intern” and I kept watching his statistics available on the BODYMEDIA web page.  Nic performed a skydiving tandem jump during CES and his statistics were immediately uploaded to the web to show how his body reacted to the jump.  This is really impressive.

Fitness professionals must be jumping and cheering about this device!

WiPower wireless charging pad

Qualcomm partners at CES introduced improved technology for wireless charging pads.  I had to take a look at the next generation of charging pads!

The trade name is WiPower and this is a result of a partnership between Qualcomm, Gill Industries, and Ever Win Industries.

This product is due out in Q2 of 2011.  I can’t wait!  I have more cables than I can shake a stick at!  Wireless rocks!

Eye-Fi has introduced Direct Mode at CES 2011 which allows you to send pictures directly to another device like a mobile phone or base station from the eye-fi, wi-fi, sd enabled memory stick. While it is a minor upgrade to their service it is handy that you will be able to send pictures to your mobile device which then you could sms or email to someone.
